Try describing who you are, because you are not your job title.

Not what you do, but who you are!
The dreaded first impression, you are not your job title.
I’ll admit, if you asked me, ‘Tell me about yourself,’ I would be the first to say, ‘Well, I’m a dentist…’. The thing is you are not your job title and it took me an embarrassing amount of time to realize that it was the WRONG way to answer.
I’ve been known in my friends and family circle as the girl who has it all figured out.
I excel at helping others with self-direction. I’ve had the pleasure to help female content creators and dentists who are multi-passionate with podcasts and blogs.
But I’ll let you in on a secret… I suck at auditing my own needs and creating a self-discovery plan and goals for my personal life. I’ve finally learned how to turn that around and make progress in the right direction. I answer that question differently now!

Who am I?
A creative woman who is passionate about self-discovery, practicing self-empathy, and developing the mindset that I can create my own story. What I do is, I’m a dentist, an empowerment guide, potter, and visual storyteller.
See the difference? Now, it’s your turn.
Struggling with self-discovery without your job title?
I get it, if you’re a people pleaser, you’ve probably deleted so many versions of yourself that you’re left with not much to work with.
If this answer doesn’t come easily to you or you’re curious about how you can grow your mindset further, I created an in-depth empowerment guide, so spend the time needed to make a difference in your life, because you deserve it!
This was shared over on Instagram, and my friends loved it!

Have it all figured out?
Here’s my life disclaimer: the point is NOT to ‘have it all figured out’. That is a concept that will lead you to depression and disappointment. The point is to have a sense of direction, and the thing about directions is sometimes it’s rerouted, detoured, and sometimes you have to backtrack. The point of life is not to be stuck with indecision, but to make progress with movement.
I look forward to meeting all my wonderful readers who are excited to take their lives and happiness back with power and confidence.
